Anna Silk was the first child born to Peter Silk (an academic) and Ilkay Silk (a writer, actor director, producer, playwright and professor in St. Thomas University). Anna Silk's dad is from Britain and her mother, a Turkish Cypriot English expat. Her mother was always watching her work at play rehearsals. Anna was a part of numerous commercials when she was a child. Anna was transferred to Toronto in November of 1999, to further her acting career. After that, she settled in Los Angeles (California) over the next ten years. Seth Cooperman met Anna at an Los Angeles actor's workshops in 2007 and the couple became engaged. Anna began her journey to becoming a Jewish woman at the age of 11, after having converted to Judaism. They were weddings in the month of December that year and then renewed their vows in a Jewish ceremony in Fredericton the month of April in 2011. Bo's romance with Lauren, played by Zoie Parker, was featured in CNN's list of Favorite Television Couples from all time and voted E!'s top TV Couple in 2013. Entertainment Television.
