Morgan Fairchild (born PatsyAnn McClenny March. 3 50, 1950) is a famous American actor. Through the 80s, she gained a cult following with her roles on several television shows. Her fame was for portraying a glamorous persona. Fairchild's career began in 1973 as Jennifer Pace on the CBS soap opera Search for Tomorrow. The first actress to portray Jenna Wade, she made her first appearance on the CBS daytime soap opera Dallas in the year 1978. Later she landed her first leading part in her role in the NBC series Flamingo Road (1980), which earned her an Golden Globe Award as Best Actress - Television Series - for that show. She co-starred with ABC in the soap opera Paper Dolls from 1984 and was on the show as Jordan Roberts in Falcon Crest from 1985 until 1986. Fairchild was involved in the theater, as well as appearances on television shows such Roseanne, Cybill and Friends as well as Murphy Brown. For the show, she received the Primetime Emmy Award. She also serves as an SAG-AFTRA Board member.
